| -Pole is supplied as a complete set including a 60 minute instructional DVD. The set contains all the parts needed to assemble a pole for heights from 7'4" (88" or 2235mm) to 9' (108" or 2745mm).

Had so much fun with this. I did have two friends help me put it together. I was looking for a pole as sturdy as the ones in the pole dancing class I go to but im renting so needed something that won't need screws for it. It was safe and sturdy and didnt budge when I was spinning on it. This is the best price i've found on the web, and it shipped really fast. The dvd included helped us figure out how to put it together, and they also teach you some basic moves, some spins, and floor moves to make it graceful. I absolutely love my pole!
